Once we are engaged by a producer, all of our assets will be dedicated to ensuring the success of the production through the efficient monetization of the tax credits. From start to finish, our staff will be able to assist you by:

1. Analyzing preliminary production budgets to determine the range of tax credits likely to be earned.
2. Introducing the producer to key contacts within the local industry, including state and local officials, production service providers, union representatives, bankers, investors, and more.
3. Assisting with the certification of the production prior to the commencement of principal photography.
4. Structuring front-end financing mechanisms to provide development and production funding.
5. Acting as audit liaison during and after production to ensure required expenditure reports are issued.
6. Obtaining final certification of the tax credits.

Unlike our competition, FPC provides all of these ancillary services free of charge.

Producer Services
FPC offers several financing options to suit our clients' needs, from buying tax credits on the back-end for the highest rates, to loaning cash on a weekly basis during production at low interest rates. Our production loans can account for up to 25% of the budget, and the only collateral we take is in the tax credits, leaving all other assets to be pledged to institutional lenders and investors. Plus, FPC requires no equity.
