From start to finish, our legal and accounting teams will be there to provide the following services in addition to buying the tax credits:

1. Analyzing preliminary production budgets to determine the range of tax credits likely to be earned.
2. Introducing the producer to key contacts within the local industry, including state and local officials, production service providers, union representatives, bankers, investors, and more.
3. Assisting with the certification of the production prior to the commencement of principal photography.
4. Structuring front-end financing mechanisms to provide development and production funding.
5. Obtaining a private letter ruling, if required.
6. Acting as audit liaison during and after production to ensure required expenditure reports are issued. 
7. Obtaining final certification of the tax credits.

Unlike our competition, FPC provides all of these ancillary services free of charge. No reimbursement of our expenses is ever required.
