FPC offers several financing options to suit our clients' needs, from buying tax credits on the back-end for the highest rates, to loaning cash on a weekly basis during production at low interest rates. Our production loans can account for up to 25% of the budget, and the only collateral we take is in the tax credits, leaving all other assets to be pledged to institutional lenders and investors.
